I adore this amazing woman and having her on the show was a joy and inspiration.  See below for how to connect with Alyssa.  Also the site she mentioned, www.bmtga.com, during the show on August 14th is where you’ll find the video “NSH- BMT featured on National Broadcast with Larry King.”  It’s located in the rotating upper info on The Blood and Marrow Transplant Group of Georgia website.

BIO:  Alyssa Sutton Phillips is a former surgical physician assistant, nutritionist and transcender of a less than 5 percent chance of survival‑including two, back-to-back bone marrow transplants‑who’s now a professional speaker, author of the forthcoming book “Re:start to Re:made: A Game-Changing Guide to Transforming Your Greatest Challenges into Catalysts to Greatness,” and the proud owner of a modern-day miracle.

But really she strives to be a soul sparkler, steward of (stylish) brightness and an incognito transformational wisdom teacher. (Shhhh, don’t tell.)

She’s amazing at seeing the “layer underneath”‑code for the higher version and message of what’s trying to come through for people in the disguised form of a challenge. (She blames this newfound ability on the gallons of high-dose chemo that must have blown out a filter of ten.) And she’s surprisingly good at picking out cool stuff and putting a unique, creatively chic twist on it.

Alyssa has devoted most of her life to learning. First out of academic necessity, second out of survival and third to feed the insatiable, child-like curiosity of a new spirit in the world.

When you connect or work with Alyssa you can expect to have your soul rearranged, your perspective (un)bent and somehow leave juiced by the promise in your problems, the message in your mess & the pole vault possible by your pain‑all while kicking your heels together and singing “I can see clearly now…”

Alyssa has been featured in Real Simple, More & Shape Magazine and recently appeared on The Discovery Channel. She hopes one day to appear on Nickelodeon.
